As one of the Media & Analytics Managers at ID, Joanne’s job involves using data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns. She analyzes data from various sources, such as social media, website traffic and customer behavior, to identify trends and insights that can inform future campaigns. She then uses this data to optimize campaigns in real-time, ensuring that they are as effective as possible. She is a skilled communicator and collaborator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Joanne has a background in Mass Communications with a degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX. She has always been passionate about all things Mass Comm-specifically working in marketing and public relations. Post grad, Joanne completed an internship in the Trafficking and PR department of Publicidad Tere Suarez in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Throughout the years, Joanne has worked with musicians, artists, vendors, and small businesses as a digital marketing and media independent consultant. She is driven by helping her clients achieve their highest potential.
In her spare time, you can find Joanne relaxing in her mother’s garden with her newborn baby girl, Camila. She enjoys a good book, checking out new eateries, a nice glass of wine, spending time with friends and family, listening to live music, and traveling. You can also catch her snuggling on the couch with her two dogs, Maddox and Luna.
