Samantha always wanted to be a writer. But after graduating from UC Irvine’s creative writing department, she took a detour to get her master’s from UCLA, teach English, and work in non-profit programming.
Though she is newer to copywriting, she has quickly scaled thanks to her tenacity, creativity, and diverse experience. Previously from B2B marketing hotshot Refine Labs, she specializes in healthcare, cybersecurity, and SaaS. Former clients include Miro, SEON, Huntington Health, and CSU Northridge.
For Samantha, her copy is rooted in the belief that everyone is a consumer, whether you’re a company with 500 employees or an individual. What it comes down to is crafting boundary-pushing creative that grabs your attention and makes you feel something.
When she’s not working, she’s probably skating with her roller derby team, the Varsity Brawlers. She’s also a big fan of naps, getting her nails done, and finding the perfect iced oat milk latte.
