“We were bursting at the seams at our Sloan’s Lake office space,” said CEO, John Common. “And we’re still growing. Our new building has plenty of space for current (and future) ID-ers to collaborate, have fun, and serve our clients better.”
The new building boasts seven different conference rooms, a coffee bar and large break room, and “quick huddle” areas that take the hassle out of finding, booking, and using meeting rooms. As the full service agency continues to expand, it’s using the new space to host industry network events, learning sessions, and panel discussions.
“A lot of thought and consideration went into this building,” said Whitney Wells, Senior Business Operations Administrator. “We wanted something different, but still on brand. We made this building all our own, and people are already loving it.”
The second floor houses all employee-workstations—creating the ideal environment for team collaboration. Group Account Team (GAT) members sit together, which helps them work more cohesively to achieve client goals. The Creative Services, Media & Channels, and Technology Teams sit catty-cornered from each other, making it easier to brainstorm and team up quickly as they transform insights and strategies into in-market campaigns.
