Successful promotional campaign wins in The Innovator, Consumer Business category

Intelligent Demand (ID), an agency partner who transforms the way companies grow revenue, and SketchUp, a Boulder-based software company that makes 3D content creation tools, won the 2015 Marketo Revvie award in The Innovator, Consumer Business category at this year’s Marketing Nation Summit.

SketchUp joined forces with ID in 2013 to transition their existing Welcome Campaign to a new Marketo instance so the company could report on campaign performance and revenue impact in real-time. Then, ID integrated Marketo with ElasticPath (SketchUp’s eCommerce System) and optimized the Welcome Campaign for conversion.

The integrated revenue agency targeted a segment in SketchUp’s leads database and launched a new campaign—the September Promo. The integrations and optimizations paid off through increased open rates and click-through rates that accounted for 45x ROMI, making it the most successful promotional campaign in SketchUp history.
