Intelligent Demand

We transform marketing into an irrefutable growth driver. Our clients love working with us because we drive the results they need and our people are awesome. Full-service + Award-winning + Best Places to Work.

Intelligent Demand is an integrated revenue growth agency. We exist to help transform marketers into revenue leaders. Any agency can create activity for their client. Most can create an ad, write and design a piece of content, and maybe even deploy campaigns in marketing technology stacks. Very few can do those things and connect the dots back to what’s most important — creating a scalable and sustainable revenue growth engine.

But how do we do it? It all starts with the talented and passionate marketers that make up the ID team. In this blog series we aim to introduce you to each of our superheroes behind the mission. So, without further ado, please meet…Rachael Stelly!

When did you start at ID?

I started at ID in October of 2019.

Where do you live?

Denver, Colorado.

What’s your career been like so far?

After attending Texas State University, I honestly wasn’t sure what career path I wanted. I worked as an event planner which was fun, but not what I wanted forever. I took a leap of faith and applied for a job (that I had little experience to qualify me for) at a marketing company in Austin. This path eventually led me to ID, where I’ve been supported and pushed to be even better at my job.

Since starting my career in marketing over 10 year ago, I have since become certified in everything from Google Analytics and Adwords to ABM certified. I appreciate hands-on learning and I truly love helping organizations figure out what they want and accomplishing those goals — all of this has really helped me become the marketer I am today.

What do you do here at ID? Describe your role.

As an Account Supervisor, I have a responsibility to my clients to understand their business and keep their goals at the forefront of all of our work. ID preaches revenue growth, but what our clients don’t see is how we come together as a team. My job is to facilitate between the two teams — I make sure that the ID team understands the client’s needs and that the client receives amazing strategies, creative work and anything else to drive them closer to their goals.

What is your favorite part about ID? What drew you in?

Obviously it’s the people, but I also really appreciated the transparency and company values. Everyone’s passion for doing excellent work from strategy to delivery never waivers. The leadership team gives insights to the inner-workings of ID and every decision is intertwined with our values.

When did your journey in revenue growth begin and what have you found the most interesting?

I think revenue growth is important to everyone, but it’s complicated and not everyone is up to the challenge of figuring it out. Having a revenue growth mindset within all of our programs and keeping that at the forefront to all of our actions has been a change, but more than that, it’s figuring out how the pieces of the puzzle fit together.

What are your passions outside work? Where can we find you on the weekends?

2020 really reignited my love for the outdoors so I’m usually hiking or hanging out on a porch with my pups, Howard and Hazel. At night, I’m probably home binging the latest tv show or movies. I love a good girls trip so I travel every chance I get with my family and friends (usually these trips are a good combo of hikes, wine, shopping and relaxing!)

The year 2020. We’ve been faced with a lot of challenges and the desire to see a change. What are you most excited to see come out of it? What have been the silver linings? Where would you like to see the world go from here?

I think we all learned a lot about ourselves and the world around us in 2020. It feels like a lot of people are becoming more flexible whether it’s having a work/life balance or being open to change or a different perspective. My hope is that people will continue to live their lives with more patience and understanding for one another.
