Christine Ackley is a senior account director on the integrated growth strategy team at ID. She is responsible for – and passionate about – the overall strategy that fuels integrated growth. From the foundation that supports and drives all specialty areas to the analytics that helps to optimize every touchpoint in the buyer and user journey, she prides herself on being the ‘SME’ on the client and the clients’ customers to continually add value and drive full-funnel revenue growth.
From her undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin (Hook ‘em Horns!!), MBA at HBU and throughout her career, an unwavering interest in customer psychology drives her to understand their challenges, goals, priorities and motivations to foster meaningful dialogue from the initial hand raise to purchase to them giving a great case study.
Identifying and understanding influencers through decision makers + the product/service we’re selling + the competition + the market = a value prop that resonates and differentiates. Expand that into messaging and add a buyer/user journey and you have the foundation to drive content, media, nurture programs, onboarding, user growth and continuous full-funnel optimization which = revenue.
When not thinking about marketing, she loves to spend time with her 7-year old daughter and her four large furry beasts, foster lots of dogs (more than 40) to help keep Austin no kill, garden (sometimes successful, sometimes not), cook, go see live music and spend as much time outdoors as possible. She really just loves people (as mentioned at the beginning), so anything that exposes her to new peeps, personalities and experiences is awesome.
